Life is unpredictable.

 

When you set a goal to run an ultra, many of us will spend months training to get ourselves ready from a physical and mental standpoint. And, if you are like me, it is impossible for me to know what my days are going to look like in 3 or 4 months, let alone next week.

This is why I provide a personalized ultra running program, that is tailored to your fitness level and your specific goals. Flexibility is key, so I only program one week at a time for you in order to allow us to modify along the way, and if life happens, which it always does, to be able to pivot and keep you on track with your goals.

Coaching includes:

  • One on one coaching for your ultra running goals with an UESCA certified Ultra Running coach.

  • Personalized run training plan posted weekly that is tailored to your goals, schedule and current fitness level.

  • Training Peaks Premium account that syncs with your GPS watch and allows for daily feedback

  • Field testing to help you determine training zones and starting fitness level

  • Unlimited changes to your training plan - I am just a text/call away.

  • Unlimited text/email communication with your coach - keep it reasonable folks!

  • Monthly phone call or video chat check in as requested by you. Want to meet more or less? The frequency is up to you.

  • Pre-race strategy sessions based on your request and experience

  • Hydration/fueling strategies - practiced before race day

  • Discount codes on running gear through certain brand partnerships

  • Month to month billing, no contract required, and no start-up fees
